Description

Fits

 Year Make Engine
1989-1998 Dodge
12V, 24V & 4BT 5.9L Cummins

Tired of factory plugs that leak? This rear block freeze plug plate replaces the soft plug at the back of your Cummins with a solid, leak-proof upgrade. Fits 6B 12 Valve, 98–02 24 Valve, and 4BT engines. Perfect for heater core deletes, performance builds, or just stopping coolant from going where it shouldn’t. Includes a high-temp Viton O-ring for a clean, reliable seal.

Part Number:  PDM-08200

Features
  • High-temp Viton O-ring for a reliable, lasting seal
  • Machined plate replaces rear block freeze plug
  • Designed for clean, tool-free installation
  • Built for off-road and performance Cummins setups
  • Durable solution for common coolant leak points
    Notes

Clean the freeze plug bore thoroughly using a wire brush or emery cloth to remove all rust and scale. Add a small chamfer to the bore edge to allow the O-ring to compress properly. Lube both the O-ring and the bore with motor oil.

Install the plate by hand only; no hammer or tools needed. If it doesn’t go in smoothly with hand pressure, double-check your prep. Damaging the O-ring can lead to a poor seal.
