At Dirty Diesel Customs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit your style or size, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
