Features

• Fully greaseable sintered metal on metal bushing design has high wear resistance
• Specially designed grease grooves in the OD of the ball allow for maximum lubrication
• Spring-loaded bearing design keeps pressure on bearings and keeps the joint tight as it wears
• Forged bearing housing made from 1018 steel for a strong, smooth, bearing surface
• Tie Rod End stud made from 4140 steel with an induction heat-treated bearing surface for smooth operation and maximum life
• Outperforms the factory and all other aftermarket style tie rod ends by offering: A larger shank with no stress riser (doesn't neck down at base), Elimination of the nylon ball race
• Boots are made from tear/wear-resistant black NBR and come with retaining springs. (4133-L, 4136-L, 4138-L, and 4160-L only.)

Notes

• These are REPLACEMENT Tie Rod Ends for the Synergy Steering Kits ONLY
• Synergy High-Performance Grease (4119) is the recommended grease for this product
• 4133-L, 4136-L, 4138-L, and 4160-L are the only options that come with black NBE & retaining springs
• 4134-L does not include a dust boot.
• 4134-L low misalignment boot available separately, 4134-02
• New single plane tie rod ends now included with all 1994 - present tie rods - part numbers 4167-L, 4168-L, 4169-L
  • Single plane tie rod ends are not compatible with the metal misalignment caps - part number 4134-02 
  • If upgrading to the new single plane tie rod end on older model tie rods for these model years, the opposing tie rod end will require a new poly boot part number 4131-01
  • If the cotter pin does not engage the castle nut upon install, a washer is required; Washer may not be required on all knuckles depending on casting differences and wear
• Current Tie Rod Ends are backwards compatible with all old model Synergy Ram steering
• Synergy Ram Heavy Duty Replacement Tie Rod Ends are not compatible with OEM steering
