ReadyLift has taken an innovative, budget-friendly approach to the older generation of F-Series pickups that did not have front coil suspension. Featuring the front mini-leaf packs that install under your factory leafs, give you a modest 2" lift in the front. Overall, this provides you with a ruggedly mild lift but maintains a slight rake for towing.
