Built from high-density 1-5/8" hexagonal stress-proof carbon steel, this Kryptonite Centerlink and Inner Tie Rod Kit provides a military-grade steering foundation for your 1999-2006 GM 1500. By adopting the heavy-duty geometry of the H1 Humvee, this system eliminates the flex found in factory components while maintaining perfect alignment specs and steering travel. This direct bolt-on upgrade is engineered for 6-lug 4x4 trucks and SUVs that demand maximum tensile strength and is backed by a lifetime warranty.

These components are compatible with the PISK support system. The PISK system is designed to provide additional support for OEM pitman/ Idler arms. We recommend removing any PISK components where a Kryptonite pitman or idler arm is present.
