This pan was designed with four drain holes through the nut to allow the pan to have a complete drain.

The Big Iron oil pan also has a thicker reinforced lip and it requires the 6.7L oil pan bolts which are longer than the 5.9L bolts.

• On certain 6.7L Cummins engines that come factory with a windage tray instead of a factory girdle you will be required to get the early-style longer oil pickup tube bolts as well as an early-style oil pickup tube.
