Unlike Linear Rate Coil Springs, these Progressive Rate Springs are ideal for someone who hauls/ tows frequently, as they have better handling under load, and are not ideal for performance applications. They provide a slightly softer, more compliant ride at low compression, and become firmer as more force is applied. This helps to dampen small bumps and vibrations; this variable spring rate prevents fatigue and sagging, effectively extending their lifespan.
