The D&J Precision Machine Precision Plus Ready Run Engine gives you a complete, crate-ready 6.7L Cummins drop-in for 2013-2018 Ram 3500/4500/5500 Cab & Chassis applications. Starting with a fully inspected and CNC-machined long block, every unit ships with a matched BD turbocharger, two-piece exhaust manifold, remanufactured high-pressure fuel system, and the BD Killer Grid Heater kit. Assembled in a controlled environment to tight tolerances, it goes in ready to work.
Features
- Long Block: Each engine is disassembled, crack-checked, CNC blueprinted, bored, honed, and deck surfaced. All threaded holes are tapped, blasted, and cleaned before machining.
- Bearing clearances, piston-to-wall clearance, piston protrusion, and ring gaps all verified and corrected to spec. Assembled in a clean room by skilled technicians.
- Every long block built with ARP 2000 head studs for a reliable head-to-block seal.
- High-precision cylinder head: heavy-duty valve seats, CNC valve job with Newen seat and guide machine, pressure-tested after assembly.
- BD Exhaust Manifold: Two-piece high-silicon ductile iron for extreme EGT resistance. Grade 10.9 black oxide-coated bolts and spacers. Pre-drilled for pyrometer probes. SEMA Certification No. SC-BDD01-0155.
- BD Turbocharger: Fully remanufactured and VSR high-speed balanced. Actuator pre-programmed for drop-in functionality.
- BD High-Pressure Fuel System: Remanufactured CP3 injection pump with new metering unit. Injectors tested on a Bosch 815 bench. BD OEM-fit fuel lines and high-quality gaskets included.
- Also Included: Turbo oil feed line and drain tube, EGR gaskets, new water pump and thermostat, new coolant temp sensor, Fluidampr harmonic balancer, new high-pressure fuel lines and injector feed tubes, new Bosch fuel rail with pressure sensor and relief valve, new oil pressure switch/sensor, BD Killer Grid Heater kit, dipstick and tube.
