Kryptonite Axle Washers are a must to maximize seat time in your RZR. Preload on wheel bearings is the key to proper functionality. Unlike OEM counterparts, the Kryptonite Axle washers will retain their spring tension over a longer period of time. This translates to miles upon miles of driving without failure.

- Washer OD is 41.60mm: The following (2014-2016) POLARIS OE hubs may require modification to accept these washers #5139265 #5138412
- Preload sets a constant pressure on the bearings preventing the inner and outer race from moving independently from each other (walking). Bearings set that are not preloaded will allow the outer race to walk in and out of alignment with the inner race. Walking will damage the bearing journals, ultimately leading to a failure that can echo into the bearing carrier if left unchecked. In this instance, the wheel/tire will rock freely when the suspension is unloaded. When this is occurring, you may feel excessive vibration/chatter when driving.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects, premature wear, or breakage. Race it, jump it, off-road it, wreck it, lift it—we don’t care. If you can break it, we will replace it.
