The 421110 & 422127 is a 4" Turboback Exhaust System for the 1999-2003 Ford F-Series with the 7.3L Powerstroke Engine. Just like all of Mel's Manufacturings Exhaust kits, it will come with all the required clamps, pre-weld contour bent hangers, and stronger flanges to help you sail through the installation process. It replaces your restrictive OE exhaust system with a high-flow 4" system that will not only sound great but improve your torque, fuel mileage, and throttle response!
