These OEM bolts in your GMC pickup are notorious for wear and rust, making them susceptible to failure, so Kryptonite decided to get them zinc plated to prevent any form of oxidation. When installing a new wheel bearing to the spindle, these bolts take 133 ft-lbs of torque, so it's always recommended to replace them if you ever have to take them out.
