What's the difference? 

A 90-degree cover utilizes a flange that's welded or bolted directly to the turbo housing, creating a rigid connection. A V-band cover utilizes a clamp that fits around a circular flange on the turbo housing, offering flexibility and easier disassembly for maintenance.
