Heat-resistant friction material and upgraded clutch packs increase torque capacity well beyond the OEM specification — this is a performance upgrade kit for a good core unit, not a standard rebuild.

The state-of-the-art friction material withstands high heat and high temperatures to produce greater torque capacity and optimize performance. Optimized for heavy-duty vehicles and high-stress conditions that call for improved performance and increased holding power.

Includes valve body recalibration kit (recalibration kit does not change shift points, only increases clutch holding power), converter flow valve and upgraded C1, C2, C3 and C4 clutches and robust steels.

This kit is also available as a complete, ready-to-install transmission.
