Kill Devil Diesel heads are built from factory Ford castings, machined for hardened high-nickel valve seats, resurfaced, and feature Cometic MLX gaskets and o-rings to eliminate headgasket failures. Serdi-machined valve seat profile optimizes airflow and durability. Everything in this kit is engineered to deliver maximum reliability, strength, and targets those who desire high boost and more horsepower.
