- Selecting the Correct Engine Variant: Please ensure you select the correct Year Range and Engine Code (LB7, LLY, LBZ, or LMM) for your specific vehicle. While many of these engines overlap year ranges, the injectors and nozzles are not interchangeable.
- Professional Installation Required: All nozzles should be installed, and the injectors calibrated, by a professional shop familiar with calibrating oversized injectors. Horsepower gains are not guaranteed unless the injectors are properly calibrated.
- Custom Tuning: Highly recommended for 50HP sets and mandatory for 75HP sets to ensure engine safety and optimal performance.
- LB7 Recommendation (2001-2004): We highly recommend replacing fuel injector lines if they haven't been changed in the last 40,000-50,000 miles to prevent rust-related issues.
- Usage: 75HP (30%+ over) sets are not recommended for heavy towing. A pyrometer is highly recommended for all performance nozzle applications.
