Will fit both Gas/Diesel applications. / Will NOT fit on vehicles where the distance from the bottom of the jounce bumper mount to the top of the strike plate is greater than 7.5” / ALPHA XD Kits (-X / -X-J) are not compatible with Pacbrake’s 2” / 4” / 6” Air Spring Spacers.
The 2014-2025 Cummins Alpha XD Pro S Air Suspension Kit reduces truck sag, sway, and bottoming out. It includes air bags with bump stops and stainless steel hardware, plus corrosion-resistant end caps. A polyurethane bumper inside the bag protects against damage when bottoming out. This kit offers the option to run without air pressure when not towing, maintaining ride comfort and added durability.

Why Pacbrake added a bump stop to their bags?
Peace of mind. Customers want a bump stop to prevent bottoming out from loss of air bag pressure, an extremely rare event that could damage the air bags or potentially the frame of the truck. Think of it as an "insurance policy" against bottoming out.
An additional benefit is that you can run these airbags at 0 psi when unloaded for superior ride comfort.
Are bump stops necessary?
No! For those that require max travel in their air bags, to raise and lower their rear end to pickup trailers or boats, or for those that take their trucks off-roading, air bags without bump stops are recommended. Consider the HP10206-X ALPHA XD air bag.
