This manifold has been fitted with a laser-cut 1/2" thick CNC flange and a total of four 1/8" NPT ports to handle any combination of sensors and injectors. Like all Pusher intakes, this system is capable of being run with or without the heater grid. So why the extra .5"? The circumference of the 3.5" tubing is nearly the exact same size as the perimeter of the square-shaped inlet of the factory 5.9L Cummins Plenum plate. So by increasing the circumference to 3.5", Pusher is able to maximize flow which in turn will give you noticeable performance gains! 

This Pusher Intake and Passenger Side Cooler Tube has been constructed from 3.5" mandrel-bent tubing with a 1/2" thick flange and 1/4" thick dipstick mounting bracket. In order to produce optimal penetration without impacting airflow, Pusher fully Tig welds its components with precise settings. The results you can expect to see from this fine craftsmanship is a 50°-200°F drop in EGT's, .5-1 MPG increase, faster turbo spool, and increased throttle response!
